If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, team members, and trial participants.

Company, Payments & Merchant of Record

RunboardPRO is a product of Projexn Pty Ltd and is owned, operated, and supplied by Projexn Pty Ltd, a company registered in New South Wales, Australia.

Payments for RunboardPRO are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited or its affiliates ("Paddle"), who act as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

Paddle is responsible for:

  • Payment processing

  • Transaction security

  • Tax collection and remittance

  • Billing-related customer support

All purchases must be made through our website. Projexn Pty Ltd does not store or process credit card details. All transactions are securely processed by Paddle.

Accounts & Use of the Service

Users agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date account information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under their account

Users must not misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Spamming or harassment

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access

  • Sharing accounts outside their organisation

Projexn Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.

Subscriptions, Licensing & Billing

RunboardPRO is licensed on a subscription basis. Where paid plans apply, billing is typically based on active vehicle licenses.

Billing Models

Dispatch Only

Billed per active Dispatch vehicle license, with a minimum of one vehicle.

Fleet Manager

Fleet Manager is currently available free of charge while it is in beta.

During the beta period, users are not billed per active fleet vehicle license, and no minimum vehicle charge applies.

Projexn Pty Ltd may introduce paid Fleet Manager plans after the beta period. If this occurs, users will be notified of the applicable pricing, licensing terms, and billing arrangements before any paid billing begins.

Fleet Manager beta access will not automatically convert into a paid subscription unless the user agrees to the paid terms.

Paid subscriptions, where applicable, renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Mid-Month License Additions

If a paid vehicle license is added during a billing cycle, charges apply from the date the license is activated until the end of the current billing period, on a pro-rated basis.

If the license remains active, full billing applies in the following cycle.

This section does not apply to Fleet Manager while it is available free of charge during beta.

License Adjustments

Reducing or removing paid licenses does not result in a refund for the current billing period. Changes to paid license quantities take effect from the next billing cycle.

This section does not apply to Fleet Manager while it is available free of charge during beta.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their paid subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previously paid fees.

After cancellation:

  • Dispatch data remains read-only for six months before deletion

  • Fleet Manager access may be revoked at the end of the billing cycle, beta period, or access period, as applicable

  • SMS functionality is disabled

Refund Policy

RunboardPRO licenses are provisioned immediately upon successful payment. Because access to the Service is granted instantly and licenses are activated for use, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Subscription fees already charged

  • Automatic renewals where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date

  • Partially used billing periods

  • Unused licenses within an active billing cycle

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Billing errors

  • Accidental purchases reported shortly after the transaction

Any refunds granted are at the sole discretion of Projexn Pty Ltd or Paddle.

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and paid licenses. Fleet Manager beta access is currently free of charge and is not subject to billing while it remains in beta.

Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please contact:

sales@projexn.com

Please include:

  • The email address associated with the purchase

  • Transaction ID or invoice number

  • Description of the issue

Refund requests should be submitted within 3 days of the charge so billing issues can be investigated promptly.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review unless required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Disputes, Complaints & Buyer Support

Payment disputes or chargebacks initiated through banks or payment providers are handled by Paddle, as the Merchant of Record.

Chargebacks may incur administrative fees determined by Paddle.

Before initiating a dispute, we encourage users to contact us directly for faster resolution.

A product of Projexn Pty Ltd

Updated 22 Jun, 2026

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RunboardPRO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. RunboardPRO is a product of Projexn Pty Ltd, a company registered in New South Wales, Australia.

Complaints are typically answered within two business days.

If a complaint remains unresolved, customers may escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer authority or trade ombudsman in their jurisdiction.
