Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RunboardPRO (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, team members, and trial participants.


Company, Payments & Merchant of Record

Projexn Pty Ltd (“Projexn”) provides modular SaaS software including DispatchTRAC, FleetTRAC, Customer Hub, and Enterprise solutions.


Our order process is conducted by our reseller http://Paddle.com http://Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries, handles returns, and processes taxes.​

All payments must be made through our website. We never access or store card details — transactions are processed securely by Paddle.


Accounts & Use of the Service

Users agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes

  • Keep account details accurate and up to date

  • Protect login credentials and keep them confidential

  • Accept responsibility for all actions under their account


Misuse of the Service, including fraud, spamming, harassment, or unauthorised sharing, may result in suspension or termination without refund


Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Subscriptions and pricing are displayed clearly at checkout. All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.


  • Billing models:

    • Dispatch + Fleet: Billed per active vehicle license (Minimum one vehicle).

    • Dispatch: Billed per active vehicle license (Minimum one vehicle).

    • Fleet manager: Billed per active vehicle license (Minimum one vehicle).

  • Mid-Month Additions: If a vehicle is added mid-month, billing applies from the add date until month-end (ProRate); a full month’s fee applies if continued.

  • Non-Refundable Licenses: Once active, vehicle licenses cannot be cancelled mid-cycle.

  • Cancellations: Access remains until the end of the billing cycle. After cancellation, Dispatch data remains read-only for six months before deletion, while Fleet access is revoked at cycle end.


Refunds & Order Issues

We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. Refunds beyond this period are only available if required by law. Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund, contact Paddle Buyer Support or email sales@projexn.com.

 

Access to RunboardPRO is granted after successful payment, and buyers receive a confirmation email with setup instructions. If you notice an error during checkout, please contact us immediately so we can correct it.


Disputes, Complaints & Buyer Support

Disputes or chargebacks raised through banks or PayPal are managed by Paddle. Chargebacks may incur fees determined by Paddle. We encourage you to contact us first at sales@projexn.com for faster resolution.


Complaints are normally answered within two business days. If a complaint is unresolved, you may escalate it to the appropriate trade ombudsman in your jurisdiction.


Users are responsible for ensuring information they provide is accurate, not sharing accounts outside their organisation, and not using RunboardPRO for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

Data Ownership, Privacy & Security

You retain full ownership of data submitted to RunboardPRO. We may access data only to provide support, ensure functionality, or comply with legal requirements. We never sell or rent personal data.

 

We protect data using encryption, access controls, and secure hosting. Our site is SSL-certified. Data retention varies by module: Dispatch data is view-only for six months after cancellation before deletion, Fleet data access is revoked immediately at cancellation, and SMS functions are disabled when cancelled.


Intellectual Property, Service Availability & Liability

All intellectual property in RunboardPRO software, branding, and documentation remains with Projexn Pty Ltd. Unauthorised copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.​


We aim for 99.9% uptime, but availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, or third-party failures. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, downtime, or third-party service issues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months before a claim.

 

Projexn is not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure events such as internet outages, strikes, natural disasters, or Paddle service disruptions.


Modifications, Governing Law & Acceptance

Projexn may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of RunboardPRO after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.


By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & our Refund Policy. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts
